Our condo, with brand new air conditioning, is located in Swain, New York within walking distance of Swain Ski Resort. It's a short drive from Letchworth State Park (15 miles away), Stony Brook State Park (12 miles away), and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, making it a perfect four season getaway. Is your family into puzzles? Then be sure to book a time to experience Swain's escape room during your stay, conveniently located just down the street.
You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant up the street open year round and in walking distance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sorry no pets. Non Smoking.

First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a bunk-bed with a full size bottom and twin size top. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer.
2nd floor- Kitchen, living-room with a balcony, and a half bathroom.
*A/C unit is located in the living-room.

Summary: Was nice but could use a little maintenance like bedroom door ín front with one bed would not close so I had to use my wife's purse to have privacy and coat rack is broken and no tea pot for tea

Summary: We had a great two nights at this quiet and clean condo! Close to Letchworth State Park, which is a must visit if you are in the area. Great hosts and easy check in and check out! Highly recommend to anyone traveling this way!!
